Steubenville Probable Cause Transcript : The Infamous Video
A detective answers questions about the Michael Nodianos video. Many people seem to believe that the video wss brought to light by Anonymous but this transcript from the October 12 2012 hearing shows that the detective knew about the video just days after the incident.
Despite a confusing answer from the attorney about ‘the crime scene’, this transcript also shows the the video was shot at Howarth residence — the alleged assaults occurred in a car leaving the Howarth Residence and going to the Cole residence and in the basement of the Cole residence. Many people seem to believe that the video was shot in the next room as the assaults were taking place; this is not the case, according to this sworn testimony.
