Steubenville Probable Cause Hearing: The Urination “Joke”
This is a bad joke. However, there is no evidence at all that the accuser was actually urinated on, as has been claimed multiple times.
Later, the detective in the case discusses his involvement in the case, questioned by Ma’lik’s attorney. Interesting to note that accuser was not at the initial meeting and the parents clearly had seen the tweets, photos, videos and believed that their daughter had actually been urinated on and were understandably upset.
