Deal With Criminals Like Kimberlin And His Cultists Like Criminals
The Walker v. Kimberlin dismissal today is the second legal setback that Walker has faced. Both civil suits were thrown out, even after behavior by Kimberlin, Rauhauser and Brynart that showed – at best – a clear disrespect for the legal process and at worst, obvious contempt of court.
Maybe civil suits aren’t the best way to deal with Team Kimberlin.
Brett Kimberlin is a convicted felon with a perjury conviction, in addition to his violent bombing convictions. The cult of people that’s sprung up around him is into that type of thing. So in their wake are plenty of crimes; SWATings, hacking, illegally recorded phone calls, cover-ups, violent threats, criminal harassment and more.
In other words, this isn’t over. The bad guys won a battle today. Not the #WAR.
